STANDARD CLEANING

Standard Cleaning is ideal for those who want to regularly upkeep the cleanliness of their home. Hiring a professional to do the cleaning for you is a huge relief to those who are too busy to clean themselves or have large families.

A standard cleaning is less thorough and takes less time to complete than a deep cleaning.

What’s Included?

Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Kitchen, Living Room/Dining Room and all common household areas. 

Bedroom: Make bed/Change linen(fresh linen must be provided).
Dust blinds and furniture, clean mirrors, sweep/steam mop/vacuum, trash removal and light organization.

Bathroom: Clean/Scrub and sanitize all reachable surfaces, sink, toilet, tub/shower, mirrors, sweep/steam mop and removal of trash.  

Kitchen: Clean and sanitize all countertops and reachable surfaces. Clean all appliance surfaces(stove/refrigerator/microwave) and exterior of cabinets. Sweep/steam mop and removal of trash. 

Living/Dining Room: Dust blinds, vents and furniture. Clean and sanitize surfaces, sweep/vacuum/mop and light organization.

*Please note cleaning does not include organization or decluttering. Those services may be added on at checkout for an additional fee.

 

DEEP CLEANING

 

Deep Cleaning is designed to clean every inch of your home.

A deep cleaning is a comprehensive top-to-bottom cleaning of your home. It includes all of the services of a standard cleaning but with a more in-depth approach, focusing on areas that are often missed or hard to reach.

What's Included?

Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Kitchen, Living Room/Dining Room and all common household areas.

Bedroom: Make bed/Change linen(fresh linen must be provided).
Dust blinds, vents, ceiling fans and furniture. Clean doors, mirrors, light switches, window sills and baseboards. Sweep/steam mop/vacuum, trash removal and light organization.

Bathroom: Clean/Scrub and sanitize all surfaces, sink, toilet and tub/shower. Clean mirrors, light switches and baseboards. Wipe down doors and window sills. Clean interior and exterior of all cabinets and organization. Sweep/steam mop and trash removal.

Kitchen: Clean and sanitize doors, counters, light switches and all reachable surfaces. Clean interior and exterior of all appliances(stove/refrigerator/microwave) and cabinets. Clean window sills, baseboards and visible spots on walls. Sweep/steam mop and trash removal.

Living/Dining Room: Dust blinds, ceiling fans, vents and furniture. Clean and sanitize all reachable surfaces and electronics. Sweep/vacuum/mop and light organization. Clean window sills and baseboards.

RECURRING CLEANING

Most of our clients prefer routine visits from our professional house cleaners. A recurring cleaning service is a scheduled cleaning usually set by clients to ensure cleanliness is maintained in their home on a consistent basis. 

We typically begin with an initial deep cleaning to ensure all dirt, dust and bacteria that accumulated prior to hiring a professional cleaner will be taken care of before scheduling a routine cleaning. 

You have the option to choose how often you’d like to have your home cleaned: 

• Weekly (15% off each recurring service) A popular option for busy homes. 
• Biweekly (10% off each recurring service) For help with general upkeep. 
• Monthly (5% off each recurring service) A thorough cleaning when you need it.

MOVE IN/MOVE OUT CLEANING 

Move-In/Out Cleanings are designed to make your move stress-free with an easy transition from your old space into your new home. Moving is one of the most stressful events in a person’s life.
